e are so happy with our windows. Before we talked to Mike we didn’t think we could afford the windows. Mike and Alenco worked with us on finance. Mike is a stand up guy, he knows the product, answered all our questions, wanted to make sure we were getting what we needed…. We have worked with contractors for years, some were really good but even the good ones left our house in a mess, not these guys they showed up on time, maybe a little early. Got started immediately didn’t stop to take a break I’m not sure if they even ate lunch until they were finished. Everything was cleaned up outside and inside. Even shut the fence gates and hardly anyone remembers that. Then I was shown how the windows worked how to clean them and how to take care of them. Ryan Morales and his helper installed windows for our house and did an awesome job. They kept the appointment time and were very careful not to damage my shrubs that were in the way. They put coverings down outside and inside to catch whatever hit the floor so it liked no one was ever there making a mess. They were very polite and ready to answer any questions I had. I would use them again for any project.
